Learners can begin at age 16 on the Isle of Man.
Learner Rules
You need a valid Isle of Man provisional licence and must display L-plates while learning.
After Passing
After passing, red R-plates must be displayed for your first year and a 50mph speed limit applies.

Douglas and the south, from a Ballasalla base.
Based in Ballasalla, commuting to Douglas and the south, with learners from further afield able to meet in Douglas.
Learners from further north or west can still arrange lessons by meeting in Douglas rather than expecting island-wide travel.
