Bio

Personal introduction

My name is Nathan, and I founded NSB Driver Training with a simple vision: to provide professional, modern, and high-quality driver training that develops safe, confident, and skilled drivers for life.

My passion for driving and motor vehicles has been with me from an early age. At just 16, I began my career as a forklift operator, where I developed an appreciation for precision, responsibility, and vehicle control. By the age of 18, I was driving heavy goods vehicles across the UK as a nationwide haulage driver, gaining extensive experience in a wide variety of road, traffic, and weather conditions.

At 21, I qualified as a driving instructor, allowing me to turn my lifelong passion into a career focused on helping others achieve the freedom and confidence that comes with learning to drive.

Driving isn't just my profession - it's my passion. Outside of work, I'm a keen automotive enthusiast and own several vehicles, enjoying everything from maintaining them to experiencing the unique characteristics each one offers. This genuine enthusiasm for motoring is something I bring into every lesson, helping create an engaging and enjoyable learning experience for my pupils.

Every lesson at NSB Driver Training is tailored to the individual. I understand that everyone learns differently, which is why I provide calm, patient, and structured support. My aim is not only to help you pass your driving test, but to equip you with the knowledge, judgement, and confidence to drive safely for the rest of your life.

When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me in the gym. Health and fitness are a big part of my lifestyle, and the discipline, consistency, and attention to detail they've taught me are values I carry into every lesson.

Whether you're stepping behind the wheel for the very first time or preparing for your practical test, you can expect a professional, reliable, and enjoyable learning experience from start to finish. I look forward to helping you become a safe, confident, and independent driver.
